Do I need any special training to use this program?

How do I access the digital resources?

For Schools:
Each teacher receives an individual login to our secure online portal, providing access to the full online program and all digital resources, including downloadable session materials, updates, and bonus content.
This is a 100% digital program. No physical materials will be shipped. All resources are downloaded or accessible online for immediate use.

For Allied Health Professionals:
You’ll receive a secure link to our Digital Resource Library, with ongoing access to session resources, templates, and bonus materials for your clinical practice.
You’ll also receive a set of our Growth Mindset Cards and Book 1. Frankie’s Fortunate Fail! which will be delivered to your practice.

For Parents & Carers:
You’ll get instant access to downloadable activity sheets and parent resources via a secure link, so you can use them whenever it suits your family.

How long does the program take to complete?

For Schools:
The standard program runs over 8 weeks (one session per week), but you can adjust the schedule to fit your classroom needs.

For Allied Health Professionals:
The recommended structure is 6 weekly sessions, but you’re welcome to pace sessions according to each client’s needs or your therapeutic approach.

For Parents & Carers:
There’s no set schedule! You can move through the program and activities at your own pace, fitting them in whenever it suits your family.

For All Users:
All programs are designed to be flexible, so you can adapt the pace and sequence to suit your specific context.

What if I lose access to the digital resources or need a login reset?

Contact our support team at any time for help with account access or to reset your login.

Do you ship internationally?

As the school program is 100% digital there is no need to ship. Any other resources purchased from our shop will be shipped internationally. The Parent/Carer and Allied Health Programs will be shipped internationally.

How can the program be integrated, and is it aligned with the Australian Curriculum?

For Schools:
Yes! The program is fully aligned with the Australian Curriculum, supporting key learning areas such as Personal and Social Capability, Health and Physical Education, and Wellbeing. Although created with curriculum alignment in mind, the resources are practical and accessible for home use. Because the activities and concepts are matched to what’s taught in Australian schools, using this program at home can help reinforce your child’s learning and support their success in the classroom. The flexible format makes it easy for families to weave growth mindset learning into everyday routines and support their child’s confidence and resilience.

What are the technology requirements?

For Schools:
Teachers need internet access to log in to the online portal to access the program and download digital resources. Printed materials are also provided for classrooms that prefer hands-on activities.

For Allied Health Professionals:
You’ll need internet access to open the Digital Resource Library and download session materials. All resources can be printed for in-person sessions or shared digitally for telehealth.

For Parents & Carers:
You only need a device with internet access to view or download the resources.
