The Growth Mindset Program is designed to be flexible and can be delivered in a whole-class setting, small group, or individually one-on-one.
It can be facilitated by classroom teachers, guidance counsellors, learning support staff, wellbeing staff and other education professionals working with primary-aged children.
With ready-to-teach lesson plans, digital resources and engaging character-led activities, the program can be easily adapted to suit your students, setting and learning needs.
No formal training is required.
Guidance and implementation notes are included to support confident delivery.
The Growth Mindset Class-in-a-Box! Program is designed for Prep–Year 4, with language and activities that can be adjusted within this range.
Years 5 & 6 are coming soon!
The core program is designed to run over 8 lessons.
Teachers, guidance counsellors and schools can choose to deliver it over one term or adjust the pacing to suit their needs.
Each lesson is designed to run for approximately 30–45 minutes.
Each licence allows one educator/facilitator to deliver the program to one class or group, with multi-class/school options available.
The Growth Mindset Class-in-a-Box! Program is aligned to the following from the Australian Curriculum v9.0:

Health and Physical Education learning area (Personal, Social and Community Health strand): Achievement Standards and Content Descriptions.
General Capabilities: Personal and Social Capability (supporting students to develop emotional and social skills that help them engage positively throughout life), and Critical and Creative Thinking (supporting students to develop thinking skills that help them solve problems, make informed decisions, and adapt to unfamiliar situations throughout life).
Wellbeing, Supporting Coping Skills and Positive Learning Behaviours that support student engagement.
